Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
Property Access
- All main level doors are 36" wide or wider which allows easy wheelchair access.
- Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
- All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- New Tesla charger with adapter for any EV vehicle is available at the home.
Policies and Rules
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $50.00 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. (Call for exceptions)
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)
- Minimum age: 25 years.
- Children allowed.
- No events allowed.
- Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend. However, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsman's Lodge.
- The summer concerts are open to all guests; however, there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
Fees and Payments
- Firewood may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $20 plus tax. Alternatively, firewood may be added at time of booking by reaching out more than a week in advance; you get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night. (Note: There is conflicting firewood pricing.)
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $50.00 per pet per night plus tax.
- Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Parking Information
- There is ample level parking at Homestead Lodge, as well as a generous 2-car garage.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- New Tesla charger with adapter for any EV vehicle is available at the home.
- Every nightstand has power and charging stations.
- Homestead Lodge has a Verizon Wireless Cell Signal repeater.
- Dual 75-gallon hot water heaters with a reserve tank.
- The kitchen is stocked with dry spices for guest use as well as Keurig pods and a Keurig coffee maker.
- All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals.
- There is a starter set of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Hair dryers are not provided. Towels and linens will be provided.
- The house has multiple SONOS Music Hubs.
- Homestead is R-36 insulated.
Safety and Emergency Information
- Please note that the owners of this home use security cameras to monitor the exterior of their home to ensure it remains safe when unoccupied. No cameras are aimed at the bedrooms, doors, or windows.
- One security camera is on the upper left side of the garage next to the spotlight, another is on the right side of the front door, and another faces the lower garage.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
